If one side can sue, why can't the other?

The more support we get, the higher the chances of something passing for us in Congress.

Might not but this brings way more support and as texas stopped DAPA, a new york judge can stop the DACA cancellation.

This is great, I recall about a year ago I read (must have been a blog post) from a lawyer that said in theory the govt cannot ask for you information provide a benefit and then seek to cause un due harm. So this is probably a sound principle and it is one they are filing suit for.

Same grounds too, DACA repeal violates the comment period of APA. It won't stop it indefinitely but it can very well try.

Get an injunction for now and see where it goes.
