Ryan: Six months is enough time to find a DACA solution

House Speaker Paul Ryan said Thursday that he expects Congress to find a legislative solution for the so-called Dreamers by the time President Donald Trump’s decision to rescind the DACA program that currently protects them takes effect six months from now.

Meaning it has to be done before the end of the year...

Not only processing an application but coming up with the application itself, though may be reflective of the DACA application/process.

No. It needs to be done asap for the sake of employers too.

I has to be published in the Fed register. It will take 2-3 months to come up with the new form, plus wait for the comment period, rulemaking, etc. The have to vote on it this month.

Why would they have to come up with new forms? Couldn't they just use DACA forms if needed? Also, the Dems will have to add provisions so people whobfall out DACA so that they can be extended or expedited in some fashion
