This is great news.

If you are deported, even if you are a DACA recipient...the general consensus is that its game over and you will most likely have to move on with your life in another country.

But this changes the game even more, allowing another chance to come back in the country and continue living your life here in the USA.

Although this is good news, he wont be staying in the US, he will only be allowed to come back in for his court dates and hearings. Hopefully he is allowed to stay permanently after his case is over.
