This is the reason why UWD does NOT want a real solution. They want to see the cash come and see their profits rise.

Quote:
Of the $1 million Colin Kaepernick pledged to donate to organizations aiding communities affected by systemic racism, social injustice and police brutality, $25,000 is going toward assisting immigrant youth and the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program (DACA).

In partnership with United We Dream – the largest immigrant youth-led organization in the U.S.

They don't want a solution. They profit off the 'advocacy'. Also note how all but 1 of the board of UWD are US CITIZENS.

Don't worry, $25,000 is not a lot. I've lost more trading cryptocurrencies.

It's worse than flushing money down the toilet. Giving money to UWD is basically equivalent to handing money to an anti-immigrant group, since UWD is trying to derail any efforts to find a meaningful immigration compromise in Congress, one that could actually become law. Kaepernick could have given the money to NumbersUSA instead and the effect would have been the same.

Well that's great to hear. These are the same idiots who interrupted Pelosi today and basically made her LEAVE without addressing the crowd properly. Let's all keep paying their fucking salaries.

No wonder that nobody wants to hire Colin Kaepernick in NFL.
