That would suck for aged out dreamers, makes no sense that they be excluded.

I doubt it. Anyone who has/had DACA would be included.

Border security, and no sponsorship is fine. E-verify would solve the immigration dilemma by itself. It is just too valuable for a just legalizing 800k people.
