A federal judge on Monday indicated he may order the Trump administration to turn over hotly contested Justice Department documents in multiple lawsuits challenging its decision to end the program that shields young undocumented immigrants from deportation.

How would they know those documents aren't altered when they receive them?

Fighting for DACA is wasted energy in my opinion. There is finally an opening to get the Dream Act passed so it should be all hands on deck for that.

It's good to get this going as a safety net, just in case nothing has passed by March. It can at least pave the way for Bridge Act as a last resort.

Agreed. Nobody wants DACA anymore but plan B, C, D is not a bad idea given the Congress is usually can't get their shit together!

As I see it, it really is not about wanting DACA back, but more of a statement against the administration's willy nilly way of ending/creating things left and right without repercussions.

As I see it, this case is very much worth the effort as it will play a part in future immigration decisions.
