Well nothing is official yet, but if it passes the House, our only hope will be the Senate, but that’s looking very slim as the days go by.

A reporter mentioned specifically that they added these sweeteners like CHIP because they know Dem Senators from red states will cave.

They are fucking spineless because even senators from safe states that are not up till 2022 are already announcing they will vote for it..

What's the point of another extension? Just fund the government and be done with it. Republicans wanna fuck us over, Democrats won't help us. Stop stringing us along and tell us it's over. Durbin can't do it on his own, and Pelosi and Schumer retreated from the fight a long time ago.

I wonder if Schumer and Pelosi could have gotten something from Trump if they had asked back in September. What was the point of the three month extension originally set? Manchin, mccaskill, Kaine, Hassan, Casey, probably Jones, that’s six yes votes for the next CR.

Mhm

Mark Meadows says there isn’t enough support in the GOP conference to pass the CR, not even in the Freedom Caucus alone.

He also says Freedom Caucus members would support a defense cromnibus — full fiscal year for defense, one month for non-defense. via @MEPFuller

Trouble for CR:

MEADOWS just now: "Based on the number of no and undecided votes, there is not enough votes for a Republican-only bill."
