Wow, so someone has some sense and is open to compromise and is ousted from the activist community.

Personally, I'm glad Rocha did this and I encourage all of you to call LULAC and voice your support:

Unfortunately, between the idiots on the left and racists on the right, nothing will get done.

supported by 87 percent of Americans... This is just sad, Dream Act deserves to get a vote. If it fails it fails.

That would be useless, Trump would veto a clean DA, and it ain't passing in the House.

I'm not for or against the proposal framework my opinion doesn't mean shit whatever they decide is what we get. I know a lot of Dreamers and US citizens in real life and other support websites who oppose this bill for good reasons. Seems like this site is the only site defending it because you see the word "path to citizenship". I'm pretty sure most dreamers here supporting this didn't even read or study the framework.

If Ryan / McConnell let the Dream Act to a vote, it would get 60+ in the Senate and 270+ in the House.

Honestly, the liberal and conservative wings need to step aside and let the moderates solve this issue.
There is no way in hell Durbin and Cotton can both support the same immigration bill.

No it wouldn't. Not now that Trump has released his proposal.
