Full Collins bill - few changes - no additions to parents looks like we might be able to sponsor our parents.

Interesting - allows the retention of priority date of petition if while waiting for a petition a child turns 21.

Pretty much what CSPA originally meant to do until USCIS, BIA and SCOTUS gutted it.

2013 bill had the same provision.

I'm still angry about that. I would have had my green card for almost 5 years if it wasn't for aging out.

On the old bill under
Directs the Secretary to prioritize enforcement resources against aliens who:
o Have been:
 Convicted of a felony, a significant misdemeanor, three or more
misdemeanors

Someone with a DUI significant misdemeanor cannot apply ( It was a mistake I was young 10 years ago)

But on the new update someone with a DUI can apply?
