If Dems had any balls they would cancel the compromise agreement and pass a spending bill without the 1.37b. Why pass it when Trump will declare an emergency to get wall funding?

I can't believe it. Getting wall money 1.375 billion and declaring national emergency at the same time... instead of offering a legitimate DACA for wall deal.
