CMSC confirms the 2nd phase of our Campaign to Restore DACA's Advance Parole in
Wash., D.C. June 9-13, 2019

We received more than 70 applications to participate, who will be selected by Monday, May 20, 2019, based on the number of sponsors we secure. Dreamers from all over the country have applied to be part of our national campaign to restore DACA's Advance Parole. The image below reveals the states of origin of the applications received.

Sponsors Direly Needed by May 17th for
CMSC's Advance Parole Campaign

The CMSC's Campaign to restore DACA's Advance Parole will return to Washington DC for the second phase of advocacy with a delegation of 50 Dreamers from throughout the United States, who will continue to pressure the Trump Administration to grant international travel authorization to DACA recipients for educational, humanitarian, and employment reasons, as provided under the original terms of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.

As indicated in the solicitation letter below we are in dire need to secure sponsors to cover at least $500 to cover room and board for each Dreamer that will participate in the week long mobilization in Washington, DC from June 10 to 13, 2019.

We have received more than 60 applications, yet we only have 10 committed sponsors. Please consider sponsoring at least one dreamers and share this with other possible sponsors.

Instructions to pledge sponsorships and donations to the AP Campaign:

To support the AP campaign you may pledge a donation of any amount or become a sponsor of one dreamer at $500, by completing the following form and emailing the pledge form to [email protected]

To print the pledge form, click here .

Please donate or help.

If you think this a waste of time don't comment.

This is a waste of time and effort. AP is considered a loophole by many and this effort nor any other will not convince them otherwise.

An effort to start discussion on a DACA relief compromise would be more realistic if elections were not right around the corner.

But why other class of EAD holders still have AP? And not us?

Because that's the way the Trump/Sessions/Miller cookie crumbled. Anyone who thinks AP is coming back in this political environment is a fool. We are lucky to still have what we have. Fight on a realistic spectrum (even if you start negotiations on the extreme), not on a tangent (AP) that is going nowhere.

I hope they fail miserably and their AP-less tears used to manufacture green cards for h1b low wage workers, and for citizenship documents for the person that arrived five years ago.

Lastly, theyb should stub their toes on the coffee table every night for the rest of their lives once they hand out gc for all Daca.
