Good morning from the Supreme Court, where it’s Decision Week. At 9:30 alone, we could get news on DACA, steel tariffs and abortion. Then opinions at 10, possibly featuring census and/or gerrymandering rulings.

DACA case not slated for next term.

They can still add more days.
Also they can take up cases in september

Obviously they won't have shit.

The court will issue one last list of orders this week after all the opinions are out. One would think they'll deal with DACA then.

This is so fucking painful, just make a decision already.

Next day we could get action on DACA & Alabama abortion case would be on the orders list the court puts out the day after its final rulings of the term, which will probably be on Thursday or Friday

No DACA news today from the Supreme Court, but they have until this Friday to make news on if they will hear the case on the unlawful attempt to terminate DACA.

NEWS FROM #SCOTUS REGARDING #DACA:

• SCOTUS has granted several reviews but NOTHING on DACA

• This means that the case is punted to the fall/goes into deep freeze for the time being

HOWEVER

• SCOTUS conferences a day after it grants opinions, so we’re not out of the woods

Supreme Court handed down four cases, leaving eight remaining for the rest of the week. That includes partisan gerrymandering and citizenship question on census. Might also decide this week whether to take DACA case and Alabama abortion case.
