Dems can and should override her decision if she rules against including immigration in the reconciliation bill. I guess we'll see if the entire dem caucus is for legalization if it comes down to that.

This is a very misinformed thing to say. The courts have no jurisdiction over the rules of the Senate. It would become law and the only way to reverse it would be to pass a law.
