Just wondering, I haven't seen anything in months after Hanen's ruling.

DACA is dead. Don't expect any news until 2024.

Correction. DACA is alive and fit and here to stay forever. Dream Act/Dreamer legalization is dead (it never was alive from Day 1).

The last i heard, which is probably when you heard, was that there cannot be new applications for DACA, but people already in the DACA program can continue to renew.

I have no idea if that’s final ruling from Hanen tho.

The case is currently moving through the appeals process at the 5th circuit. There is a hearing expected sometime in February and a ruling a few months after is expected

Umm yeah...but these Dems/UWD are something else...they make the impossible possible and vice versa...Joey has turned out to be a real chump....can't get a hold of his party...who just want to continue milking the issue for votes and letting UWD milk donations...Don't get your hopes up...When there's a Dem in charge (Chucky and Nancy)..there will be no immigration reform.
