Burr does not support the Dream Act and feels there are better ways to improve graduation rates, Ward said.

Hagan does not support the Dream Act, but staff members said she was willing to consider a similar proposal if it were part of a larger comprehensive bill."


They feel there is a 'better way' and are 'willing to consider a similar a proposal if it were part of a larger comprehensive bill'...wish these people would be more clear on what they mean...they just keep going around in circles losing money every day a DREAM is not passed.
