I'll try to get a more clearer understanding and maybe I can ask her to type it out and I'll post it here.
It will be yearly, I believe, but they said there's still a lot they don't know about it so I'm not sure.

I don't have a clue how f-aid works. Did she tell you if we would have to fill out any additional forms or just the Dream Act form?

So confused... $400 seems beautiful considering I dropped 20K on my bachelors.

Let us know..

hmm with the state in a really bad financial shape, how much do you think we can get? Around what percent of the tuition? Coz if it's not much, then I might as well just try my best to graduate early to spare myself the tuition costs... if it's enough to really help out, then I might consider getting another degree...

True, it seems tuition costs go up every quarter.

Here's the link: http://www.csac.ca.gov/dream_act.asp
I haven't done the application yet myself but from what I hear it is going to be like filling up a FAFSA.
You will also need a ITIN, so it's best to get that ASAP.
Be sure to not miss the deadline in order be qualified for it by next Spring.

ok this is the situation with me, i have an ITIN but it states my first name and the my last name but i just recently changed my name at school so it says my first name and both last names on school records at the college

for example before it was john doe

and now its john doe-smith

and the problem i think i might have is that my name on the itin will not match with the new full name on my school records

does anyone know what might happen?
