I haven't seen a thread about this so I'll post it. Dream application is now available as of April 2, 2012, the deadline will be on May 18, 2012.

Here's the link: http://www.csac.ca.gov/dream_act.asp
I haven't done the application yet myself but from what I hear it is going to be like filling up a FAFSA.
My mistake about the ITIN, it seems people have said that its not required. Sorry about that!
Be sure to not miss the deadline in order be qualified for it by next Spring.

ay guey!!! parece que califico!!

I didn't know graduate students got f-aid..

It kicks in 2013 though so I guess Canada will have to wait...

If I qualify, graduate school will be cheaper than my B.A degree

Lol, la ironia!! I love LA.

Someone from financial aid explained it to me, and how I understood from her explanation we can end up just paying the local fees of the school. For my school that would be around $400 instead of paying the regular $3000+.
I'll try to get a more clearer understanding and maybe I can ask her to type it out and I'll post it here.
It will be yearly, I believe, but they said there's still a lot they don't know about it so I'm not sure.
