There was a similar issue with someone made Jessica Coltol where DHS terminated her DACA status for a BS reason. (http://www.ajc.com/news/breaking-new...vfjm8J1xDdi7I/)

A federal judge ordered them to reinstate it, therefore there's precedence for it. I would try to go down this route and fight. The ACLU was involved in this case as well.

I will definitely tell you guys once I get the letter.
Naturally I'm freaking out, I have so much going on right now & I definitely didn't need this.
I'm stressing out.

I have amazing friends & I'm happy most of my family members are US Citizens/Residents including my mom.

If it's because of my passed DUI then so be it. I just worry about the other cases with expungements.

I will call USCIS & consult with lawyer once the letter arrives. I expect bad news so fuck it! An option I'm looking into is marriage hopefully hoping my 245i helps.

The only problem it's a low key relationship not a lot of people know about it only a few pictures we don't live together etc. Under this administration they are strict as fuck.

I'm happy I'm alive & enjoyed living in this great country.
We are all in the same boat some worst than others. This can happen to any one in here.

In other words they're retroactively revising applications, anyone without pristine record is at higher risk of having his/her deferred action revised and possibly revoked if so. Hopefully it's just an isolated case but in today's political atmosphere it would not be surprising DHS has received orders to do so amid talks of a possible legislative solution to protect the least amount of people possible. Hey don't give up. There's a lot of people fighting for you. Ignore the trolls on here and seek guidance from your lawyer, the ACLU etc etc. If there's something we can do to help you then let us know. Just don't lose hope.

Have tried adjusting your status through your mom? It might take long, but you have 245i and that is incredibly valuable.

I'm a bit scared now. I had a arrest before DACA, I was given a diversion program, which I was told and from what i understand keeps your record clean because you avoid conviction on the charge. I've renewed twice for DACA, sent court papers because of the have you ever been arrested part and never had a problem, now Im just hoping for the best
