Hey Im new to the forum and I wanted to know which states does not ask for SSN to take a GED test? because the state of florida does ask you for proof of address

I mean Residency, they ask for State Id and SSN to confirm your ID

Have you asked if they take anything else? How about a foreign passport?

Yeah I have, I use to have a valid driver license and my ITIN and didnt work, I even pass the GED test :( but couldnt receive the certificate because of the SSN

So far I found out that Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina does accept ITIN and passport, I think thats where I'm going, ty everyone that help me out

Florida and North Carolina doesnt, maybe make a sticky thread with this information like the one about the DL's for help

I took mine in MD and they don't ask for SS. I actually erroneously sent the application with my ITIN and they sent it back to me and told me to just attach a letter saying I didn't qualify for a GED. They did require an ID, don't know if a passport qualifies or if the want an state issued ID.
