Renewal Questions After Advance Parole Travel
 

I'm filing renewal now and have a few questions after traveling with AP

On form I-821D
Part 2. 1. I have been continuously residing in the U.S. since at least June 15, 2007, up to the present time.
Should I answer Yes or No since I have briefly left US for 2 weeks using AP.

Part 2. 6.c. Reason for Departure
answer "humanitarian" should be sufficient, right? or I should go into specifics?

Part 2. 10. Border Crossing Card Number (if any)
What is this? I-94 number?

On form I-765
14. Status at Last Entry
Advance Parole (Parolee)

15. Current Immigration Status Status
Parolee, DACA Approved

Anyone done renewal after AP, please let me know how you filled them out. Thanks!

Travel under advance parole is not considered to affect your continuous residence in the US, only if you traveled without AP is that considered to affect your continuous residence. You don't need to specify the reason for departure (you may not need to fill it out since your travel was authorized by USCIS).

I am in the same situation. Do we need to send any papers showing that we left or do we just send a copy of I-94?
