Travel under advance parole is not considered to affect your continuous residence in the US, only if you traveled without AP is that considered to affect your continuous residence. You don't need to specify the reason for departure (you may not need to fill it out since your travel was authorized by USCIS).

I am in the same situation. Do we need to send any papers showing that we left or do we just send a copy of I-94?

Border Crossing Card Number (if any) What is this? I-94 number? Border crossing card. Unless you entered using one, this is N/A. On form I-765 14. Status at Last Entry Advance Parole (Parolee) Parolee 15. Current Immigration Status Status Parolee, DACA Approved Parolee if your parole is still valid, otherwise no lawful status. In either case you can put daca in parenthesis. Anyone done renewal after AP, please let me know how you filled them out. Thanks! Happy New Year! |
