5TH Court decision is in

As I predicted, the 5th court allowed DACA to continue.

Well that's better than I expected, actually idk really. That means a permanent solution isn't happening anytime soon.

So what does this mean? Can the lower court do anything?

What does that mean though? Are we still going to be judged in the Supreme Court?

This means that the 5th circuit agreed with the lower court judge (Hanen) who said to stop accepting new applications but to keep DACA alive lol.

5th circuit court wants nothing to do with it and sent it back to Hanen for further consideration, Hanen is a p*ssy and is not going to end DACA, otherwise he would have done it already, so he is going to keep his original ruling and so DACA stays as is with no new applications allowed.

As I wrote before the 5th Circuit is becoming more immigrant friendly with all the decisions they have taken in the last year i.e. (Niz-Chavez)

To reach the supreme court, the red estates whom initiated the lawsuit would have to ask the supreme court to take on their lawsuit but the Supreme Court does not have to take it, and most likely they wont since the estates wouldn't be appealing the higher court (5th circuit) but the lower court (Hanen), the supreme court in almost all cases take cases coming from circuit court rather than lower courts
