Well whats another year for one I havent seen my grandparents ib years they are aroubd thier 80s..I dont know if they have another year.

I havnt seen my family for over 18 years so im hoping thats enough grounds to say its humanitarian other wise if its business would I do to provide a business license?

A better question would had been where do i get the help ,i mean i have the money for the fee (application,background check) I would just rather meet with someone who is setting something up to help...

Im locatrd in Richmond ,Va and I was wondering where I may apply for DA on August 15 or the day after for free I had spoke with a lawyer but Im starting to see they arnt even necessary

Well in my situation I have a traspassing charge (I was parked with my.girlfriend in the parking lot after 9pm) so I need to know if I would still be elegible.

yup cant get it u have to "prove" u live there check there dmv website it tells you all the requirements
