Also, based on what i've read, cellphone records can also be submitted, it didnt work for me since MetroPcs, the company i have service with wants an AFFADATIVE sent from a lawyer requesting my phone...

I think it should be enough since it does have the exact date of July 15th, and it IS an official document, just make sure you submit an additional copy of it maybe with a note under it calling...
