Yes, you qualify. Your employer sometimes might have different plans and they usually give you a review package. Go over the coverage and sign up for what you feel is best for you.

Just an update, my AP got approved Sept 19th, i applied on Aug 12th with a travel date of Oct 9th.

So a little over a month for approval on my case.

I'm sorry but your lawyer is WRONG. Why don't you make an appointment at your closest Immigration office and ask for clarification? Plenty of lawyers out there who don't have a clue what they are...

I never got a notification of tracking # for my EAD that arrived this Saturday. I got an email saying my card was delivered by USPS the same day i got it only.

How long you plan on staying? I don't think that's risky at all. As explained, your DACA is valid up to April 28th, no matter if you are renewing or not.

I got my DACA approval letter in the mail today and noticed a "Priority Date" next to the "Receipt Date".

Receipt date for me was Apr 26th, Priority date was April 21st???

Not sure if it means...
