I never got the text messages but I got my card earlier today. It is so surreal. All the stuff we have done to hide who we are. Those who havent experienced it dont really know how we have to hide....

1- Yes! If the Birth Certificate is NOT in English it MUST be translated and notarized.

2-No. According to what CARECEN told me as they prepared my application, it is not a problem.
