i'm in the 18-24 age range but it does have on the website for ages 25+ so you can also take the written test...

no she didn't. she is using a different last name. i doubt she can do them if its a different name that shows up on the w2 or whatever, or am i wrong. she doesn't have an itin by the way

lol. thats great it worked out! a friend of mine had no proof for 6 months, end of the year and beginning. we did manage to get her an affadavit for 3 of those months. hopefully she has the same luck
