omg dude stop being such a downer my lawyer called and they told her that i can do a service request in 91 days! and thats coming from my lawyers mouth from USCIS! they know thats its based on...

my laywer called uscis all they told her was that my case is pending thats all. ugh.... well all i can do it wait till 91 days

yes i will call in nov 20 or 21 but yeah hopefully they approve me by then so i wont have to do a service request but if they dont then ill give them a call as soon as it hits 90 or 91 days

i called them last week when i hit 77 days and they couldnt do a service request till it was 91 days out of processing time i told him it was based on deferred action and he said it was fine that to...

yes and i overstayed never in trouble with the law not even one ticket at all ever. and i cant rememeber how big the packet was but i had strong evidence but i hope i get approved or atleast an RFE

dude theres people who our nice to me on the phone transfer me to the 2 level officer and thats what he told me. and I GOT AN EMAIL FROM THEM TELL ME THAT MY CASE IS WITH A ADJUDICATION OFFICER! WHY...

yes i called and talk to the 2 level person which is an actual officer and they also emailed me about it on oct 30 that an adjucation officer is reviewing my case that they will notifie me as soon as...

today is 83 days since packet processed and 62 days since biometric.......hopefully hear something soon that dumb adjucation officer needs to make a desicion already.

No approval today......... monday will be 82 days since packet processed and 61days since biometric...........and if they don't work monday then tuesday will be 83 days packet processed and 62 days...
