Yes priority mail, I can't remember if I was given the choice for signature confirmation.
I know exactly how you feel, I went as far as trying to have them ship it back to me so I wouldn't waste any...

I believe so. I sent my paperwork and it was delivered on Saturday, with the notice. It was signed on Monday.
That made it for a long weekend for myself. :]
