Walk in Biometrics: how do you know they send biometrics in to USCIS for review

I did mine a few days ago and I am wondering if you can call a number to see if they already sent your information to uscis???

I sent my paperwork on Sept 6, 2012
Delivered on Sept 11
I got the 797 on Sept 17 from Nebraska Service Center
I am concern because I see that most people that
sent out on the same day like me...
