actually, I lived in the US for 7 consecutive years. Besides not living in the US now, I fit the eligibility requirements :S

Hi there, I'm not exactly sure if I am eligible -so I'll introduce myself and maybe you can help me out.

I was born in Canada under Chinese descent. My dad moved down to the US (under a TN visa)...
