I got approve yesterday! :D i checked last night and it was still on initial review. Today when i got home i had a call from my lawyer and when i called him back his assistant told me i had gotten...

Still under initial review. Its been 2months since they received my application & on sunday it will be a month since biometrics.

I stay in Austin too i took my overstay visa but i hear that if you take your biometrics letter to the consulate they can take you in with an appt.

Sorry out of topic but just hear in the radio about someone that crossed to tijuana with an ead and when he/she tried to come back border patrol ddnt let them im not sure if she/he had advance parole.

my lawyer send my application on august too but I did my biometrics till 9/28(ddnt walk in). Seems like a have a long wait to do bc Nebraskas has been approving ppl who did their bios on 9/13-9/17 :(
