They forgot to put my middle initial on my EAD card, but SSN, passport, and every other documents that i have have my middle name on them.
(AAA CCC on EAD, AAA BBB CCC on the others)

the thing is i already got my ssn and don't have any problem with it.

on notice of action letter, it has my full name right :(

so should i send it to the chicago lockbox or nebraska service...

filled out the application and just showed them my EAD with the letter and my passport which is not expired yet.

took about 5 mins after my number is...

I went to the center in Hackensack, NJ for biometrics on Sep. 19, and the online status still shows me as initial review. :(
