Assuming to be honest but I'm also assuming that when I called and sent in the request someone found my cases buried somewhere and reviewed it. I'm just happy they have it and there waiting on me to...

Just got a RFE -.- it was a good thing I called for a SR because they finally looked at my cases after I did one.

I'm not too sure but when I called they rep said " okay you filed at the nebreska center and it does show that 75 days have pasted and that is out of normal time frame for that center" then he made...

I had the same experience I took those steps over the phone as well. Every service center has different time frames I believe as well. I filed a SR because its been more then 75 days since I filed...

I didn't call for that reason I gave them the receipt number for my i765 not the other one. And that one is not suppose to take more then 90 days. And you can file a service request after 75 days....

I called today and they told me they have submitted a service request because after 75 days it was out of normal processing times so for me to see if I get a emai or a letter with in 14 days to see...
