When I was approved on 09/08 I was so ecstatic that I was shaking. Little did I know that yet another nightmare awaited me.

Why on Earth would they not issue an I-765 approval notice? I have yet...

Many of us experienced the same thing. Check the Case Status, not Ellis and it should say that the card is being produced 2-3 days after approval.

That is odd. It should say that the card is being produced. You should definitely call.

You are right except that they used us as guinea pigs knowing full well that DACA applicants are not eligible for temporary EAD's in case of adjudication delays as most other EAD holders are. I think...

Great news! Looks like 10 days or so is the average time from approval to EAD receipt.

Yes, you are approved, congratulations! The DACA approval letter should be generated in two days or so. You will not get an approval letter for the I-765. Mind you I am basing this on my own...

I got approved, too! I did everything on the list multiple times but I really think that they had not worked en masse on the first week of April cases until today.

I e-mailed them this morning but I haven't received a response.


My EAD expires on 09/04/2016 so this will be my last week at work. My employer said that I can be rehired if I get my approval...
