I haven't received the letter yet... case status online says request of evidence I'm so nervous I haven't seen or read anybody else getting a rfe I haven't done anything other then work at a school...

Well I check my case status on Friday and for app 821d is says I got a rfe now I'm waiting for letter... is say it was mailed March 13 let's see how long it takes.......

Do you mean I may need a sponsor? I'm the on that needs to adjust.....I filled a i130 petition and it's approved then I when out on advanced perol.. only thing is that we weren't living together last...

I sent my renewal package January 21st they received it January 23 went biometrics appointment February 7 I check my case status on Friday and it updated to request of evidence..... has anyone got...
