Hi all,

Sent my renewal April 1st and was approved beginning of May with no Biometrics

Thinking of doing AP to see my grandma. Anyone know how long it's taking?

They received my RFE Jan. 18th and I was approved 3/6 (vermont) . I'm not sure if this is a coincidence but a week before I got approved I called my congresswoman and asked her office to please...

I got approved!!!! I had gotten a call from a company that had offered me a job yesterday morning to let me know that they could not wait for me any longer and they were going to have to hire another...

It sounds like he should be fine. If worst come to worst, they will probably issue him an RFE. If he gets the RFE all the has to do is supply the additional info they ask for.

I got issued an RFE on Jan. 11th. I never received it but my lawyer did. Out of curiosity I called USCIS to ask why only my lawyer got it and they told me that the person who you listed as your legal...
