There shouldnt be ANYONE that should have to wait 10 months for a 2 year permit... thats like 2 months shy of being an entire year!! So sad! Im a couple of days away of 8 months!

i considered contacting my congressman but to be honest he is anti-DACA so idk if that would be much help... they are supposed to represent you regardless but i think that is just political talk...

im thankful for this program... before this we had nothing... so even with this long waiting time, i think its still worth it...

so its been a couple days over 7 months now... I tried putting in a service request when i reached my 6 month mark but it wouldnt let me. I called and they said they were doing those before August...

I dont think you can officially. Some states allow those foreign DL to some extent. It may be best to find someone with a valid US DL.... or maybe take a driving course... ? Good luck! and Congrats...
