You guys think I should call ask where is my approval notice is at? I mean I got approved on 3/20 but I only recieved the EAD... retardly my states doesn't accept EAD as legal presence for DL...

My status always updated every few days like it says card was ordered for production, and card was picked up carrier with tracking number and when it was delivered it says card was delivered.

Anyone here who got approved DACA and EAD which one did you receive first? DACA approval notice or EAD? my DACA was approved on 3/20 but still haven't recieved it yet. and I just recieved EAD.

I finally got approved for DACA! on 3/20/2015! but EAD still says name was updated but I know it will follow soon enough later. Good luck my fellow applicant!

Sorry to hear that man... my license is expiring the same days as my DACA and EAD which is next saturday... it's gonna suck that I can't drive until I receive a new one and I can't guarantee I'll be...

For those who called about expediting your case did you call few days before your DACA and EAD expired? or after expired? and still didn't receive any update from USCIS?

I suppose they did say in their website that if there is unexpected delay on the case they'll send out temporary DACA status until they are done with your case.

Question for VA applicants who got their DL expired when they recieved DACA renewal little bit late. When you apply for VA DL renewal did they ask you to retake the exam again?

My renewal recieved on 10/16/2014
Did biometric on 11/21/2014
case status says name was updated on 12/23/2014 on both 821d and 765

Still says name was updated as of today... sigh... my license...

I also got the letter saying my app is in Nebraska service center and i just checked case status online today it says they are processing my case right now hopefully i'll hear some good news soon...
