Yeah I know that in some states they do not put it but for states like NJ, they do! :(

Yeah sorry..my family was making me paranoid saying all these things and now they were saying because of the Boston bombing [since they became US citizens] that there would be tighter airport...

Yeah I'm not sure because it was an immigration officer from USCIS so I got worried. Shouldn't they know better?

Thank you so much for you reply! That is what I was wondering before if there are dreamers in Hawaii and if we can only travel in the 48 contiguous states then the ones in Hawaii can never go...

Yes, I have looked at TSA too. I am just getting so nervous because a few people have said we are not allowed to go. I am just so conflicted!

Let's say I get detained when coming back from Hawaii; will they deport me? Or will they just question me because I do have the deferred action which prevents a person from deportation.

I know that Hawaii is a state and I do agree that he is an idiot...however, since it was coming from an immigration officer, I just am scared. I feel as if they can interpret it as...

Hello all,

I have been approved for DACA and got my state ID. Now, I plan on going to travel to Hawaii. I know that many peope have asked this same question, however, I just went to USCIS...
