USCIS Memo?

I'm pretty sure most of you have heard and read about the memo leaked from USCIS.
Do you think Obama and USCIS will pass any of the policies listed in the "Memo" soon? Wouldn't it be easier to pass...

3... I have DL and great friends to hang out with. I also have a supportive mom who paid for all of my education. But it still sucks cuz i can't find a job nor go to a private university I desire...

What? I don't understand. Is this proposal a part of CIR that was proposed recently? I'm assuming yes because the section V of the proposal (pdf file) explains how illegals can become LPR in 8 years....

You don't have to be legal when you get married to USC. But it is much easier to adjust your status through marriage if you come to US with a valid visa. If not, you can still petition for a pardon...

My immigration lawyer also believes that either dream or some sort of immigration reform will pass this year. Although I want to, it is really hard to stay hopeful these days. :(
