Thanks, my lawyer told me that USCIS changed its policy so medical does not need to be submitted with app due to the expiration time. How did your interview go?

The guy has really good reviews online, and he seems to know his stuff. He took all the financial documents from my wife, just not mine. We are getting a house, so we will have all the joint...

Thanks. That’s what we give him as well. He told us to prepare those for the interview, especially that we are getting a house, so by then we’d have more documents.

I started my AOS process today with a lawyer. However, after reading the forum, I have a few questions. My lawyer didn't ask me to provide any pictures or joint accounts and any of my financial docs...

Great. I do think the they put my two words name into one. So on my ID there’s a space in the first name, and on the boarding pass there’s no space. Do u think that will be an issue?

I’m using one, but as I’m looking at other people’s case, the last update that uscis provide on there seems to be that they have produced the card, no more updates after that. So how long did it take...

I received the approval email today.

Same with everyone who got approved today, original expiration date 8/15/18

That’s the dilemma. We want it later so our new card last longer, but u want it earlier so what u said doesn’t happen! The story of our lives!

It looks like they are approving by expiration dates. As far as the forum goes, it's around 8/9 right now. so it will take a while to get to yours (hope not, but it looks like it). If you do get...

But that’s not always, a lot of ppl have theirs extended starting from the day the old card expires.
