when you fill out the CA dream act application it will ask you what schools you want to send your info to, once the schools receive your info they decided how much aid to give you.

im starting cal sate la in the fall so i went to talk to someone at the financial aid office to have them explain to me what cal state la grant that i received covered and here is how he broke it...

i did apply but didn't qualify. i did a cal state la grant but it isn't enough to cover my tuition.
