The I-821D form I see on USCIS website is still 1/9/2017 version...any one konw if this is the right version? or where I can get the most updated version?

Update: USCIS mailed out my document 12/19, one day before 90 days are up.

Application received: 9/20

Now just waiting for my doc.

I received the denying email the next day I made the request. It just said "expedite" like yours. My reason was for emergency.

I requested for 6 months and multiple entry.

I put down November 1st as my leave date....so I guess they don't really look at that when processing =/ I didn't know you can't make second request until after 30 days of last request. I guess I can...
