Have you guys visited the Feb expire topic? There are a lot of people expiring on Feb already approved. It is a positive news. Especially we are on our way like, let's say > 50+ days before...

I am interested to know, how does this waiver going to impact those who are over the age of 21. Son/daughter of green card holder/US citizen...And has an existing I-130, overstay with expired I94......

Good morning, if that's the case.. That's a step forward as we know the 10 years ban when you are residing in the US more than 180 days did not leave...
