You are quite forceful in your comments for someone that is NOT a lawyer. The better response would be to encourage them to contact a lawyer if they are unsure. DACA and future immigration benefit...

Mine has been expired since Jan 3rd and my application was received on Sept 8th. It was sent to Nebraska and I'm in the South Florida region. My status hasn't changed and Thursday will be 4 months....
