I'm sorry I seem to be confused. So April 17th is a hearing for the stay correct? Meaning we could hear a ruling on the stay soon after.
Then the appeal on the lawsuit will be given by June or July....

Woah woah... June 17th!?? Where did you hear that? I thought the hearing was scheduled for April 17th (for the stay at least, not the actual appeal) and I thought a ruling on the stay would be done...

I believe Monday, March 23 is the last day the states have to respond to the emergency stay and appeal from the DOJ. So any day after that a decision could be made. This is all happening in the 5th...
