@Zalmoxe... She did everything humanly possible. She called constantly, she finally got a rep about 3 wks ago who put in a service request for her. She tried the ombudsman, she even had a infopass...

Guys please don't lose hope!! We were there to my daughter in laws EAD was to expire next week the 11th. I check the LIN # constantly... I was obsessed, hourly almost.�� Anyway I checked this...

You guys are talking about two different things. California Dream Act is for college aid. Deferred Action is well, deferred Action. I would go to the finial aid office at your school and just ask...
