You're fine. I only sent my tax returns from 2006 to 2011 to prove I have been in the country since at least 2007 and I got approved.

The worst thing we can do is to suffer over this. Even getting a RFE is better than not qualifying because you came into the US 2 weeks after you turned 16.

To be honest I wasn't going to apply for anything until after the election, but a close friend who doesn't qualify for the DREAM Act changed my mind.

I wouldn't be so sure. Remember so far this administration has deported more than any other since the 1950's I think, and Obama is very famous for saying one thing and doing another.

I'm a graphic designer and use websites like Zazzle and Redbubble to distribute my designs. Normally I work 25 hours per week. I'm my own boss, so I don't really have a schedule. I work from home....
