So I can back from Mexico with AP now I'm debating on if I should be a lawyer to AOS or if I can do it myself? Any insight on what forms are needed?

So I just got back to Dallas from Mexico I have to say everything went really smooth! The only question the lady asked me was my reasoning for traveling to Mexico, I told her to visit my grandmother...

Has anybody traveled with ap and came back recently? I'm thinking of leaving today and coming back tomorrow the 19th just wanted some input if anything has changed trying to come back?

Probably to late you have to make an info pass appointment with your local field office and go from there..

I would say if everything remains the same and trump doesn't cancel daca then I would go ahead and apply asap it takes in most cases 3 months to get approved.. but of course wait till after the 20th...

Ok guys I applied for advance parole back in September uscis got my paper work nov 9th till this day my case status has not changed... so I made an infopass appointment with my filed office in Dallas...

Hey jujukiss when you went to apply for emergency ap did you have to fill out the I-131 again? Also did you have to have the documents translated like for example the doctors letter? And did you pay...

Hey Gonzalescat Can you tell what kind of proof/records you had to get that your grandmother was sick? Letters medical records ect... Much appreciated I'm trying to go visit my grandmother too soon...
